Goodwill items &1 and &2 have different subitem breakdowns

What causes this issue?

<DS:GLOS.financial_statement_item>Financial statement items</> &V1& and
&V2& have different subitem breakdowns.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

'Statistical Goodwill Amortization' and 'Goodwill Amortization,
Acquisition Cost' must both either have no subitem breakdown or have
the same subitem breakdown.
Likewise, 'Statistical Negative Goodwill Amortization' and 'Negative
Goodwill Amortization, Acquisition Cost' must both either have no
subitem breakdown or have the same subitem breakdown.

How to fix this error?

Check the subitem breakdowns of these goodwill items in the global
chart-based settings for consolidation of investments, or define a
different item in Customizing.
