Start in test run is not useful, as task &1 for CG/CU &2 is blocked

What causes this issue?

Task &V1& is already blocked for the CG and CU &V2&.
A test run of task &V1& to &V2& is not useful, as blocks, which are
already set, are also taken into consideration in the test run (and
blocked organizational units are not processed).

How to fix this error?

Unblock task &V1& for CG/CU &V2&, or use the function "Test with
Original List", which ignores all blocks in test mode.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
