What causes this issue?

The values for changes in equity or investments are located in the
totals database. Therefore they cannot be modified here. This screen
only allows you to modify values of the 'additional financial data'.

Maintain the location of values for changes in equity and changes in
investments in Customizing for consolidation of investments.
