What causes this issue?

settings are permitted:
Use <LS>Online Entry</> or <LS>Flexible Upload</>
<LS>Automatic</> posting
Posting without deferred taxes
Posting without automatic document reversal
Document type &V1& has settings that differ from the permitted settings
listed above.
