What causes this issue?

The <DS:GLOS.data_entry_layout>data entry layout</> &v1& does not exist
and therefore connot be assigned to a
<DS:GLOS.data_entry_group>data entry group</>.

How to fix this error?

Create a data entry layout with the name &v1&.
