Deleting/Overwriting totals records (&1) in version &2 is not allowed

What causes this issue?

Version &V2& does not allow deletion or overwriting of totals records.

System Response

Desired action not allowed.

How to fix this error?

Either use a different version, or maintain the version in Customizing
and change the indicator "Overwriting reported data allowed" for
version &V2&.
