Error during table T030H update, entry &

What causes this issue?

Entry &V1& could not be entered in table T030H, neither could another
entry with the same key, which may have already been in the table, be
updated. The reason for this is not in the application itself, rather
it is likely to be a database error. If entry &V1& is missing from table
T030H certain FI transactions will not run and produce an error message.
The missing entries can be maintained in the configuration menu.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
