Price found on &3 is too old security &1 with price type &2

What causes this issue?

The security price cannot be older than is specified on the selection
screen. If it is too old, the system issues this message and the item
(position and key date) is not processed further.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?
