The selected Feature Toggle has customizing introduced by a transport
object. Full deactivation is not possible.

System Response

All local restrictions will be removed. Transportable customizing will
remain.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
