What causes this issue?

Generic articles do not have any value added services (VAS) assigned and
therefore do not need to be processed. Item &v1& of sales order &v2& is
a generic article with article category &v3&.

System Response

The Item &v1& of sales order &v2& was skipped and not processed.

How to fix this error?

There is nothing to do! It is just for your information
