Data record for purchasing already exists

What causes this issue?

A data record for purchasing organization &v1&, purchasing group &v2&,
and vendor &v3& already exists.

System Response

System does not allow maintaining a data record twice

How to fix this error?

For any one of the above mentioned parameters, maintain a value that is
not the same as the value in the existing data record.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
