How to fix this error?

You can set up Total Commitment in Customizing for the SAP Business
Partner for Financial Services under <LS>Settings for Financial Services
-> Tools -> Total Commitment -> Set Up Total Commitment</>. Change the
activation status for the application in this IMG activity under
<LS>Make Settings for the Application</>.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
