Only one interval possible for posting date; others are ignored

What causes this issue?

Only an interval may be given for the posting date. This is the only way
to ensure a complete update of the document journal.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Only the first interval given is considered, the system will ignore
all others.
