What causes this issue?

There is an underpayment, but you have not selected editing
underpayments on the selection screen <LS>Edit small amounts</>.

System Response

The underpayment is not further processed.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
