Source or target tax return contain incorrect data; see long text

What causes this issue?

Event P281 determines data for the source and target return during
amendment processing. When processing this event, the program found
incorrect data, for example, the return ID is initial or the
source/target return contains the same data.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The program stops the amendment processing for the current tax return.

How to fix this error?

Check your implementation for event P281. Furthermore, make sure that
the source and target return contain correct data.
