&1 &2 FMR deleted because no significant official interest

What causes this issue?

The Increased Official Interes indicator was not set, but the Full
Mileage Reimbursemen indicator was set.

System Response

The Increased Official Interes indicator was not set. For this reason,
the Full Mileage Reimbursemen indicator was deselected and the vehicle
class was adjusted accordingly.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
