Period status does not allow accounting

What causes this issue?

You can only settle separation allowances that have the status
<LS>Request Approved/ To be Settled</> or <LS>Trip Approved/To Be
Settled</>.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Approve the separation allowance periods.
