List wider than 1000 characters. Reduce size of table

What causes this issue?

The maximum number of characters for this printer function is 1000
characters/line. The table control you have selected contains more than
1000 characters per line.

System Response

The table control data can not be printed.

How to fix this error?

Reduce the size of the table control by making individual columns
narrower (by clicking on the cell subdivision and moving it) or by
suppressing them (by clicking on the cell subdivision and closing the
cell completely).
