What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the status of the current migration run in transaction
<DS:TRAN.FINS_MIG_STATUS>FINS_MIG_STATUS</>.
In case the current migration run is not a delta run, you can just set
the next activity back to the first migration activity to repeat the
full migration run.
