How to fix this error?

To edit G/L accounts in the chart of accounts, you need the
authorization of authorization object F_SKA1_KTP for at least one of
the following activities "01", "02", "03", "05", "06".

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
