Substitution for FI component, event 0005 not yet activated

What causes this issue?

You wish to activate
<DS:TX.ACC_COST_OF_SALES>cost of sales accounting</> for
<DS:GLOS.3526B800AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>company code</> &V1&.
However, for company code &V1&, you have not yet activated a
substitution for component FI, event 0005.

System Response

If you wish to use a substitution for deriving functional areas, you
have to activate it separately.

How to fix this error?

Activate the substitution. To do so, choose <ls>Financial Accounting
Global Settings -> Company Code -> Cost of Sales Accounting -> Set Up
Substitution for Cost of Sales Accounting ->
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUORFBOBBZ>Prepare Cost of Sales Accounting</></>.
