What causes this issue?

You want to delete a payment proposal for which processing via a
workflow needs to be confirmed. The assigned users have already started
processing.

System Response

You receive this message to prevent the deletion of work that has
already started. In this case, the system also outputs the message if
you want to restructure or deactivate the workflow as <DS:TRAN.F110WFA>
administrator</>.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
