What causes this issue?

Data could not be retrieved from content repository due to an error.

System Response

System response is shown as an error code.
Error code 1: Document requested does not exist in content repository.
Error code 2: You do not have sufficient authorization to retrieve data
from content repository.
Error code 3: Internal error.

How to fix this error?

In case of error code 3 you can try to reprocess file or upload it anew.
