Presentation server not available in background processing

What causes this issue?

You want to execute the program in background mode and to create a file
on the presentation server at the same time. However, during background
processing no presentation server is available. Therefore you cannot
combine these options.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Run the program in dialog mode or create the file on the application
server.
