What causes this issue?

You can only define the <DS:GLOS.3526C811AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974> item
category</> 1 (cash balance) or 5 (clarification worklist) with a cash
holdings item with <DS:GLOS.3526C80FAFAB52B9E10000009B38F974> financial
transaction</> 90.

System Response
