System error in the FI interface

What causes this issue?

A document header without items was found in the FI interface.

System Response

Inconsitent FI documents are not posted.

How to fix this error?

It has to do here with a system error.
Probable cause: When projecting data from the internal RW document onto
the FI document, there are fields of the FI document header which are
different and should actually be identical.
Contact the SAP hotline service.
