What causes this issue?

The sales office is not assigned to the sales area (TVKBZ)

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You allocate sales offices to sales areas within customizing by
selecting 'Corporate structure -> Assignment -> Logistics -> Sales and
Distribution -> Allocate sales office - sales area'.
