What causes this issue?

An error occurred during the insertion of the breakdown for the
following document
- company code &V1&
- document no. &V2&
- fiscal year &V3&
in table BFIT_A0.

System Response

The breakdown was not saved.

How to fix this error?

Remove the cause of the error and post the document you could not post
before.
