Deletion of last time slice for service frequency is not permitted

What causes this issue?

You cannot delete the last time slice of a service because that would
render the entire service invalid.
The "From" date in the last time slice corresponds to the key date of
the installation or service contract, and may not be changed or deleted
if you want to continue using the service.
