What causes this issue?

The assignment of software component &v2& to ranking factor &v1& has
been removed.
Software component &v2& was registered for transport but now the ranking
factor will not be transported anymore!

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
