CDS-based ES connectors could not be activated

What causes this issue?

The CDS-based ES connectors could not be activated as the relevant lock
could not be obtained. Another activation process was running in
parallel.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Execute report ESH_CDSABAP_ACTIVATION separately by setting the flag
"Activate All".
