What causes this issue?

A batch program was started

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Choose 'System -> Own jobs' to see if your background job is already
finished. The menu path 'System -> Services -> Batch input' allows you
to display restored data elements.
