Group box &1 no available in layout &2

What causes this issue?

An entry error occurred that can only be corrected by making an entry
in group box &v1&. However group box &v1& is not contained in layout
&v2& of the configurable register.

How to fix this error?

Procedure for System Administrators

If &v2& is a user-defined layout then change the definition of &v2& in
Customizing.
If &v2& is an SAP layout then contact SAP.
