What causes this issue?

You cannot create a move-in document for
<DS:GLOS.3526BE49AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>installation</> &v1& with
<DS:GLOS.3526BDBBAFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>move-in date</> &v4& because
installation &v1& is allocated to contract &v3& until &v2&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Procedure for System Administrators

Proceed as follows:
Ensure you have entered the correct installation/
<DS:GLOS.3526BE7EAFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>premise</>, as well as the
correct move-in date.
To create a move-in document for installation &v1& with move-in date
&v4&, change the <DS:GLOS.3526BE56AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>move-out
date</> for contract &v4&.
