Clarification cases can only be created for prepared jobs

What causes this issue?

You cannot create clarification cases for jobs that have not been
prepared.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you also want to create clarification cases for jobs that have not
been prepared, you have to set the corresponding checkbox for job
preparation.
