Cosine phi cannot be calculated for &1

What causes this issue?

Cosine phi validation &v2& for device &v3& cannot be carried out
because division by zero was necessary.
The cosine phi is calculated as follows:
Cosine phi = active energy / (root(active energy? + reactive energy?))
Division by zero is only possible if both active and reactive energy
are 0.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
