What causes this issue?

Document &v1& paid items that have been submitted to a collection
agency. It is not possible to partially reset the clearing for such
documents.


System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.



How to fix this error?

You can only completely reset the clearing.
