User-defined text type for explanation is invalid

What causes this issue?

A user-defined text type for explanation was entered in Customizing for
Product Safety and Stewardship under<LS> Basic Data and Tools</> ->
<LS>Compliance Check</> ->
<DS:SIMG.EHSBC_RC_PARA>Set Up Technical Parameters</>, which does not
exist in Customizing for Product Safety and Stewardship.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Check the values for the user-defined text type for explanation in the
following IMG activities in Customizing for Product Safety and
Stewardship:
