What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the following RFC connections:
The RFC connection entered on the initial screen of the compliance check
You only see the corresponding parameter on the initial screen if you
have the necessary authorizations.
The RFC connection specified in Customizing under
<DS:SIMG.EHSBC_RC_PARA><ls>Set Up Technical Parameters</></>.
Contact your system administrator if you do not have the necessary
authorization.
