Settlement period is not correct

What causes this issue?

For settlement procedure &V1&, you can only enter one entire day as a
<DS:DE.E_SETTLPROCESSINT>settlement interval</>. For example 00:00:00
to 23:59:59.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
