What causes this issue?

Due to the allocated meter reading type, the specified meter reading is
only an <ZH>estimated</> meter reading result.
To allow quantity determination to take place correctly, any changes to
the following points, which play an important role in the <ZH>
determination of gas factors</>, must be accompanied by <ZH>actual</>
meter reading results:
Gas procedure
Fixed temperature
Volume correction factor (from register)
Quantity determination and validation across such procedures are not
consistently possible for <DS:DE.E_QD_PROC>quantity determination
procedure</> <EX>03</>- <LS>Quantity Determination During Meter Reading
</>.

System Response

For technical reasons, the system can only issue a warning here.

How to fix this error?

Check the meter reading type.
For the cases listed above, provide <ZH>actual</> meter readings.
<ZH><ZU><ZK>Alternative</></></>
If you cannot provide acutal meter readings, you still have to <ZK>
formally declare the meter reading as an actual meter reading</>for the
cases listed above.
You can create a <DS:DE.ISTABLART>user-defined meter reading type</>
with <DS:DE.ABLESTYP>meter reading category</> 01 in table TE436 and
enter a suitable text
<ZK>to explain that this is a special case.</>
<ZK>This means you can use the estimation function, but you have to give
the result this user-defined meter reading type.</>
