What causes this issue?

The PDF file cannot be displayed because it is not available in the
system.

How to fix this error?

Possible causes are:
The system has not yet executed the program to upload the PDF file. Wait
for a while and try again. If it is still not available, contact your
system administrator.
The PDF file upload did not work. Contact your system administrator.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system displays PDF files only if you have implemented your own
custom development to upload PDF files. This implementation must use the
<DS:CO.CL_EDOC_API_FILE UPLOAD_FILE_TO_EDOC>
UPLOAD_FILE_TO_EDOC</> method of
<DS:CL.CL_EDOC_API_FILE>CL_EDOC_API_FILE</> class. Check if your
implementation is complete and working.
