Unable to activate enhanced posting logic

What causes this issue?

The system settings do not allow the <ZH><ZK>enhanced posting logic</>
</> for the creation of aggregated postings for incoming bills in the
deregulation process &V1& to be activated in the supplier's system.

System Response

You cannot set the parameter value to <ZK><ZH>X</></> (Active).

How to fix this error?

Check the system settings.

Procedure for System Administrators

The <DS:SIMG._ISUUTDE_000089>basic settings for aggregated posting of
incoming bills</> do <ZH>not</> allow you to post budget billings as
down payments in the supplier's system.
