You attempted to change a parameter value. However, this parameter value
has other dependent values that are not compatible with the change.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To change the parameter value you first have to delete the dependent
parameter values.
