Approve batch record in process data documentation

What causes this issue?

The document info record you selected belongs to document type <LS>EBR
</>, that is, it is the header record of a
<DS:GLOS.3526C4F6AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>batch record</>.
However, you cannot approve batch records in the document management
system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If necessary, approve the batch record in process data documentation.
