Print document &1 has not yet been printed

What causes this issue?

Print document line items can only be archived if the print document has
already been printed. This does not apply to reversed print documents or
reversal documents. These can be archived even if the print document has
not been printed.

System Response

The print document cannot be archived.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
