Archiving not possible due to missing classification

What causes this issue?

The archiving could not be executed because the control table was not
maintained.

System Response

The archiving was terminated. The control table was completed with
default values.

How to fix this error?

The archiving of IDocs is controlled by the current status of the IDoc
concerned. The IDoc can only be archived if its current status is
defined as allowing archiving to take place. This ensures the
consistency of data within a process. The appropriate table has been
initialized. You can now change the settings according to your
requirements.
