Inconsistent overall length in segment version &1

What causes this issue?

For segment version '&v1&', the overall length is recorded as '&v2&'.
However, the sum of the lengths of the saved fields is '&v3&'.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please change the segment in accordance with your requirements and save
again.
