The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter the name of the object for the object type selected. If you have
selected the option 'basic type' or 'extension', you can alternatively
specify the individual record types. The selection of the record types
can also be performed for a basic type or an extension.
