No entry in conversion table for external segment name &1

What causes this issue?

An attempt was made by the system to determine the external segment
definition '&v1&' from segment '&v2&' for Release '&v3&'. This is not
in accordance with the 3.0/3.1 naming conventions (only names up to 10
characters in length are allowed, and there are no prefixes) and must
be converted, as external transmission is to take place in format
3.0/3.1. However, no appropriate entry could be found in the conversion
table.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the conversion table for segments.
